Web Crypto Key Pair Generator
The Web Crypto API can generate keys that never touch a server. Create an RSA pair for encryption or signing, or an ECDSA pair on P-256/P-384, then export the public and private halves as JWK JSON or PEM for use in certificates, JWT signing and TLS tooling.
JWK and PEM, briefly
JWK (JSON Web Key) is the JSON representation used by JOSE/JWT libraries and many APIs. PEM is the text format with BEGIN/END markers used by OpenSSL, nginx and most command-line tools. Both encode the same key material.
The private key is the secret: anyone holding it can sign or decrypt. Export it only into a trusted store, and prefer non-extractable keys in production code unless you genuinely need to persist them.
This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your inputs and files are processed locally and are never sent to or stored on Kinetikatech servers.
