SPF (Sender Policy Framework) is a DNS TXT record listing which servers may send email for your domain. Add IP ranges and includes here to compose the record, then check the lookup count — SPF fails once a message needs more than 10 DNS lookups.
What is SPF?
Receivers look up your SPF record and compare it with the sending server's IP. A match passes; no match is a fail that DMARC can act on. Every include:, a:, mx: and redirect= costs a lookup, and nested includes can exhaust the budget silently.
Keep one SPF record per domain and merge providers instead of adding a second record.
This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your inputs and files are processed locally and are never sent to or stored on Kinetikatech servers.
