Nginx Configuration Builder
nginx serves static files and proxies requests to application servers. Answer a few questions to generate a complete server block with the right root or upstream, optional TLS, gzip, security headers and a request-rate limit, then validate it with nginx -t before reloading.
What the generated block does
server_name selects the virtual host. For static sites, root plus try_files serves files and can fall back to index.html for single-page apps. For proxies, proxy_pass forwards to the upstream and the X-Forwarded-* headers preserve the client's address and scheme.
TLS settings here are a sane modern baseline, but certificate renewal, OCSP stapling and cipher policy depend on your setup. Rate limiting uses a shared memory zone that must be declared in the http context, outside the server block.
This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your inputs and files are processed locally and are never sent to or stored on Kinetikatech servers.
